Default Weird Clicking Noise

Hey,

I've noticed a clicking sound, sometimes even two in a row, when steering from the right to the left direction with my Savage XL.The clicking is harder and louder when the car is on the ground. When there's no weight on the front the clicking is still noticable but not that loud. Icouldn't see anything causing the sound, so Icame here.
Does this sound familiar?

Thanks!

Things that have caused that for me:

Worn axle cups

Chewed up differential crown gear teeth

Body catching on tires

Servo gears. Take the horn off the servo and move the steering by hand, see if it still clicks.

Thanks for the replies everyone! But I don't get how that's affected by how much weight's on the tires..

Ahh...the guys are probably right about that servo as I didn't pick up on the fact you can hold it off the ground and have the problem. Skipping gear teeth won't be as loud, and sometimes won't even skip if there is no load on them.

Because with the wheels on the ground you are putting more stress on whatever part of your truck is broken, therefore, the clicking is louder.
