Found a used savage x 4.6 and was looking at purchasing. I can get it for about $300 and it looks pretty mint, definitely looks low hours. All the books and crannies I can't see dirt so seems good. Only problem is the guy has no background info on it. Took it on a trade, and was told low hours and that's about it. Obviously it could have been cleaned and body replaced, but everything seems very clean. I have had a savage before but would still consider myself fairly new to them but I know my way around them. Anyone have some input?

Or if anyone has one for sale and in good shape I'm looking.

Thanks for the link but he is a little over priced in my opinion with no electronics and needing a few parts. I picked one up off hpisavagecentral on Facebook with everything including Roto start and only one tank of fuel through it for $300. It is as clean as they can get.
