i would suggest putting the batteries in the black case. you can mess up your batteries if you dont. and you should get like a motor saver air filter for your truck if you want more power. they are also better on the engine. the have a 3-stage filter.

i also have reverse in my truck. its hard to fit it but it can save your batteriesand if you batteries were to come loose and fall off the truck you will have no control of it and it will be on whatever your controls were at before it came loose. most likely you would crash if that happened depending on where you run. i run in the street and my backyard. if you do not like taking off the battery cover that much (like anybody does) you could get a battery hump. they will last for about a week with out recharging. i am going to get one as soon as i know which one to get. battery packs also give your servos alitlle more power because they are stronger than normal batteries. if you stay with what you have i would get either alkiline batteries or energizer. if you put like store brand batteries in such as walgreens or CVS they will last only 1 or 2 tanks. ive done that before also. i was so mad when the batteries kept dying and i had to keep opening the black box.[>:]

Put your excess wires inbetween the steering and reverse servo.[sm=bananahead.gif]

At least put the Battery pack inside a balloon. Cheap and disposable.
