Default Don't try this

WOT into a curb. Took the ole Savage out last weekend for a few laps. It was about 50 yards away and I mis-judged how close it was to the curb. I was making a big sweeping turn at WOT and WHACK!
Damage list
3 servos
1 Dogbone
Front diff housing
both TVP's
1 pro line wheel
radio box
1 shock
shock tower
2 hinge pins
1 lower arm
1 turnbuckle

Thank God for ebay

LMAO! I hit a curb about 3/4 throttle, all the damage I had was 2 bent bumper screws.

It's my NOS bottle. LOL. No it's my hump pack. I never have to open the radio box to change the battery. Just 2 clips, pop it open and swap the battery. It works great. It's the only thing that didn't break. Here's a link for the parts and info on the mod. The only thing I added was a zip tie to the bottom. I wrapped the tie around the front suspension.

Can you buy that external battery pack kit somewhere? That is pretty slick, the stock battery box is a pain.

It's Winter here with 3 feet of snow everywhere. We're limited to just parking lots for now.

My hump pack was sitting right in the place of the original battery pack. I changed the switch harness to a Futaba with charging jack, ran it out next to the switch, and voilá

NEVER had to open the radio box to charge the batt
