Default Steering servo saver bearings

After replacing the wimpy steering servo with beefy Futabo one, the only let down seems to be the plastic bush/collar located top and bottom of both the steering servo savers. Although the plastic bush attempts to provide the same purpose as a BEARING, it obviously does not perform to the same standards as it is made of one piece and therefore has to fight against resistance, afftecting steering performance. I found this site selling direct replacement fit metal bearings to replace the plastic bush. If anyone has these bearings fitted, I would like to know how much of a benefit they are?
