Im runing a savage 25 rtr and its runing the standard composite pipe
problem is i need a new pipe that will bring decibell levells down significantly
is there a way to basisi if u know what i mean)

I don't know of any specific pipes that are really quiet, but I had the same problem and I got an exhaust deflector which helped a little. Now I mainly run in my backyard or the park, so I don't have to deal with that crap anymore

Yeah you are... Mine are at least nice about it if I'm bugging them, They usually will just walk out and politely tell me to stop, instead of calling the cops.

Haha. Last time my neighbor ask me to put my savage away they payed me $5. lol. Look for a pipe with 2 stingers. My friend has one with an orion wasp and it sounds like a revo. I dont remeber the make but its a duel chamber pipe. Also look into a deflector.

I previously have had complaints from my neighbors as well. Just mention the comparative noise level of a lawn mower/weed eater/outboard boat engine and say, "I'm sure you wouldn't appreciate if I made a complaint next time you're out mowing your lawn!"

my advice, tell them to go **** themselves (dont actually tell them that, jsut a figure of speech) as long as your doing it at reasonable times and its on your own private property then i think they are just being ***holes, a Stock composite pipe is no louder than a petrol lawnmower so i dont see why they are complaining

you could rap the pipe in some heat resistant type of foam and put on an exaust deflector

Are your neighbors anal or something I would check with your local municipal codes for noice restrictions and times. The cops cant do anything unless your breaking the laws. These trucks don't get a whole lot quieter.
