RE: shock oil ?
Agreed. I'm running 30wt all around and have been really happy with it. It'll even hold up to trips to the BMX track. I've heard of people with heavier oils having problems with blowing off the shock caps on hard landings.

I use 55wt with stock springs and have taken some pretty bad jumps with no problem. I run on a tight track and some asphalt and the added weight oil made a world of difference in control.

RE: shock oil ?
so why do some put lighter shock oil in the back and heavier weight in the front?
i just bought some alumium shocks for my savage x 4.6 what shock oil weight would be good for bashing, jumping ect.

RE: shock oil ?
My flux has the stock 30wt. which I heard is closer to good 20wt. silicone oil. Its ok but I got some 35wt. for it to try out. My flux is ~12lbs with the lipos and the stock oil is a little soft for my style.
