Default HPI 7 inch wheel (Supposedly)

HI, does anybody have any idea why these wheels are refrred to as 7" inch on the website, when 115mm only equals 4.6" inch.
I am interested in these but really need to know what the true size is:

The HPI website thats says they are 7" inch is:

Cheers for reply pete, but some of the tyres featured, still somehow don't measure up to 7" inch, such as the picture here:

Thanks for going to the effort of measuring your wheels mazdab2600. Although it does depend what tyres people choose and that will determine the overall size, as the picture I have posted with the tyres fitted are of a much lower profile than those fitted to your wheels. I was initially under the impression that if these wheels are 7" inch, then they are probably very much like those of the Hotbodies Truckzilla 7" inch. I had the Hotbodies wheels and they are way to heavy.

no problem. its in my arsenal of pic's now.
they seem to only be alittle heavier than the stock warlocks.
i don't think the picco p3 has a problem with them.

It probably ment that the wheels were for the 7" tires.
