Anyone have an upclose pic of stock X 4.6 shoes??
Anyone have an upclose pic of the stock clutch shoes for the 4.6???? Or a link to a good pic??? Thanks all

thanks guys, having a real issue with take off for some reason, Brand new clutch shoes, bell and spur(slipper). engine revs great but getting some slip somewhere. I know i should not have put the stock shoes back on her but that is all my lhs had in stock.

I've had pretty good luck with the stock shoes, they take some serious abuse. I have tore a shoe right off the pin before but that hasn't really changed my opinion on them. They perform good overall. Did you install the shoes backwards? How did you tighten the nut on the spur gear? Did you peal off the plastic layer on the slipper clutch and stick the clutch to the spur gear?
