i've seen them before. there is a lot of sidewall flex and you have to gear WAY down. you have to gear a savage down to 13/52 or lower. if your engine isn't at least a .27 or larger, you shouldn't even try them. they are HUGE!

IMO they're more of a shelf queen tire than anything...

Dont use them. They are expensive, huge, rob power, Turning radius almost tripples and stresses everything on the drivetrain. They are not a fun tire to use. My wife got me some for christmas 2 yrs ago and I took them back. They were just way too big.

moabs are kinda pushing it as far as size goes but they are a great tire. i am considering getting some for my savage. i also might get some for my rustler vxl. (2.2 size)

just gear your truck 2 teeth on the pinion lower than what you have now and it should be fine. they have sick traction and don't wear too fast. they make backflips very easy too.

I dont like Jumbo Kongs myself. I havent seen any in person, but they would have to rob you of most of your power, and hill handling, turning radius, and probably make it a lot easier to flip. Id also bet they arent even much good off road.

i'd say more of a t-maxx look, hey look at my big tires, see how they block the veiw of the tiny shocks, and whimpy arms, not to mention the cluttered looking chassie, and the small block....

I have to say, those tires make the truck a "MONSTER TRUCK." Looking at that makes me want to take it and start smashing some 1/16 rc cars (just got back from a monster jam last weekend lol). I think they might be fun to mess around with.

You definetly need to regear... If your putting those things on for anything other then ground clearence and crawling capability your gonna be dissapointed.

The bigger the tires the smaller the rocks seem... But I see what you mean. That thing will roll over if the wind hits it.

One cool thing about them though is if you air them up your truck will float. Retarded yes... but it works.
