Default Pros/Cons

Im thinking of getting some wheel extensions and just wanted to know if it is worth it?

I never tried them, but the reports are that they get loose quickly. I would rather switch to XL axles or use an offset wheel. Glen

My Savage XL had a bunch of mods to it when I picked it up used. One of which was extensions, looking like the ones Nova RC sells. Complete and utter garbage. My wheels were so loose that it affected the handling quite a bit. Save your money!

I've got my XL almost back to stock except for LST2 shocks and it's much better now.

I had a set of nova extensions. Like said above they are junk. Offset wheels are the way to go. If you get 1/2 offset wheels the truck will be near impossible to roll. It helps a great deal.
