Gday Tweaked. I'm converting a old savage 25 with xl parts. I might post the progress to keep the savage forum alive:D

No idea on wheels and tires yet. I have the xl chassis, gearbox, shock towers and a f4.6. My old savage gearbox has 3rd gear and reverse module which is an easy swap. Next are the diffs, xl housings with bullet proof centers. I might need some help with dog bones and wheel extensions but ill cross the bridge when i come to it.

Yes it is quite here ..Dave your upgrades sound good ,my upgrades include an lrp 28 from a hpi 21 should be interesting to see the difference..HAHA and from 4 shocks to the hpi bigbores,etc..etc

that should be from 8 shocks to 4 bigbores

We can only read the archive through luck of interest. My build has come to a halt for now due to Xmas. The ep scene seems to be popular now days. Same with RC planes
