AA Battery+Charger
 

Anyone know some reliable long lasting AA rechargeable batteries + charger from a local shop(Walmart, etc...)? I've been looking through reviews and most say that they dont charge after a while or some kind of con. Any personal preferences.

dont get AA's get a hump pack... i was going to do the same thing and i bought a 1600hump pack and its ALOT better!

yeah cuz if you get AA, and stick um in the holder your getting 4.8v max and 2800 mha vs, 6.0v and 1600 mha i've gotten 1.5-2 hours of running on my venom 1200 pack

You will def notice a difference with the extra cell (6v not 4.8v) with a hump pack. Will give you better steering.

Well, I'm talking about for the remote. Unless hump packs work in the control also. Do they?

I heard hybrids are even better than regular rechargeable NIMH

I won't comment on chargers because I don't know much but I know one common fact about batteries. Sanyo 2700mah are the longest lasting batteries and they can be charged up to 1.5A without them becoming hot. You can abuse them to hell but they will still provide the longest life.
