Creativeness FOR THE WIN! [8D]

Got lots of compliments: "great presentation," "that's awesome!" pictures being taken, two ladies recording the thing, and lots more.

The thing ran like a champ today. Ran like 4-5 tanks

A cop drove by and told me to keep it out of the street because if I cause an accident then I would be liable...I loled at the stupidity of that comment. I understand that, but just meh at his approach. Even my next door neighbor came out and was like "he didn't just tell you to not run it, did he? :eek:" Her husband is a retired fire fighter, and I found that funny that neither of them cared...although not everyone would like it...

I do not have one, but it would be fun to build a little wagon to pull behind the XL... I wonder if there are some clutch springs that would raise the engagement rpm to about double of what is stock. That way we could fast idle and keep the engine from loading up and dying.....

I got the expected "CAN I TRY IT?!"...and then I got a kid that was like "is that a Savage? I have a Losi something and a Traxxas something...my friend has the brushless Rustler that does 70+" I was like WOOT! a bright kid! :D
