Flux diff questions????

I have had my Flux for about 7 months now. And today while I was running it I heared a grinding sound then noticed that the rear wheels weren't moving when I gave it some throttle. So now I have the rear diff apart and all of the gears have their teeth. So what could have been causing my problems?

Did you check your set screws? Also I would opened up the transmission and check the gears, I bet you that they are all stripped as well.

Front wheels are working fine.

I think that the bevel gear in the rear diff is warped....

it is likely a set screw in your rear center dogbone. the same thing happened twice to me with my nitro savage. some blue loctite will fix that.

it could also be one of the rear dogbones either missing, or broken.

None of the rear axles where broke or missing, rear center driveshaft is fine and grub screw is still in place. I put the diff back in and the bevel gear is warpped. It is real noticeable when you spin it in the diff it makes contact and then no contact...

Time to switch it out. Here I see the bevel set on ebay for cheap - http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=190334726885

Did you check the spider gears inside the diff?

Yes, I checked the spider gears and they are perfectly fine.
