hpi pull start issue
 

So I just got a hpi trophy truggy 4.6 went to break the engine in today and had the pull start cord come out and not retract.. Took it to the hobby shop and they fixed and went back home to try again and the same thing happend. Any ideas of what I should do. I was thinking about getting the roto start 2 and changing it out.. Anyone have experience with the roto start
