Help with ESC setup first time

Need some help with my HPI RS4 Sport 3 Flux car.
Trying to set up ESC for the first time My HPI car that I got here a day. Following the book, but when I check if the Led's is correct, those Led lights do not match. It lights red when forward, and red when brake and reverse. No lights at neutral. When I take reverse and fast brake, the green light just shines. But if I only give gas or brake then it lights only red. My book said Led lights green at gas and red at reverse. Have now tried this several times with the same outcome, therefore, need a lot of help. What should I do?

Reverse the throttle channel on the transmitter, and swap any two wires on the motor/ESC connection.

Will that help? The car respond correctly when I try forward and revers, it's only the light, it's red while I drive forward and reverse.

And the A, B and C cables on the motor is correct with the A, B and C on the ECU. The car drive forward when I give full throttle. And the light is red. When in neutral, no lights and car stand still. When i push brake, it's light red, and when I push reverse, the car go back, and lights red. If I try to drive in reverse, and then brake, the light is green a little time, and then red..

I can not figured out what's wrong :/

Like you said, the ESC's GREEN LED should only be on when you are going forward, and at full throttle. That's why I thought your Tx is sending a reversed signal to the ESC. The ESC's RED LED should only come on, something like, when you are giving partial throttle/brake/reverse.

Oki, thanks. But what cable is wrong? Change place on cable A and B? Or?

I have now try to change place on the A and C cable on ecu/engine, and reverse channal on controller. But thats not helping.
I have now change everything back to how it was.

I dont understand what is gooing on, the car respond normaly.
When Use controller to go forward, the car go forward, and LED red.
When stand still, no LED
When use controller to go reverse, the car go reverse, and LED red.

when I drive forward and breake, it's breake slow and LED red.
When drive reverse and breake, its lock all tires and the LED is green about 1sek when i go from reverse to breake/stop.

And you calibrated the ESC's throttle range with transmitter? Before calibration, be sure to have Tx's throttle trim in the neutral position, and the throttle EPAs (low and high) set to maximum. The manual is pretty straight forward with calibrating the ESC. If you don't have GREEN LED at full forward throttle, something is not right.

I think I have done everything, but only red led while drive forward.
HPI say it's nothing wrong, it only the ligths.

But I don't now what to do.
