Default Please Help - Replacement Disk?

STLPilot,

I have been running AFPD for about 2 weeks now. I made the purchase from Ohio Model Planes. Today I was going to fly and noticed that my transmitter was not recognized. So I rebooted... Still Same problem. I then proceeded to uninstall the software and was going to reload. (Several days ago I took my software on a trip, and wanted to try to install it on my laptop. needless to say it would not install because I did not have OpenGL in the laptop. ) Anyway when I went to go get my disk out of my laptop bag (from the trip) to re-install it.. I noticed that it was not installing... looked at the disk and it was scratched horribly. the disk must of been rubbing up against something on the trip.

Can I get this replaced... Can I send the damaged disk back to show it was damaged...

Please help!!!!
