AFPD interface cable replacement

Hi all,

My AFPD interface cable wore out after 5 years of dedicated service, and I'm in need of a replacement (and also a new adapter for JR tx). Can anyone point me to a source for just the cable and adapter? Preferably in Australia? I looked at the IPACS website and could only find adapters or the full sim.

Hi Ken, you will have to send in your bad usb interface cable to Ikarus USA and purchase a replacement. If it is outside the 2 year warranty period the cable will be exchanged for $34.95 plus S&H to Aussie. Once you receive the new cable (which is of the new "usb key" design), you will have to register it through AFPD. Please email Frank Heinrich at [email protected] for the replacement cable arrangements. At the same time, you can also order the y-adapter cable (part no. 31036) for JR/Futaba. Cheers!
