I dont have another computer with video card

I tried uninstalling and re installing software and that didnt help.

if i plug it in another machine will it show up as "new hardware"
or do i have to install software?

You don't need to install the software. Just plug it in ... plug it into the radio then go into game controllers and joysticks and see if it shows up there.

Make sure that u have set your Tx modulation to PPM (Pulse Positioning Modulation)

I installed a USB device on a buddies computer recently, and it wouldn't recognize that anything was there. I ended up going into the Device Manager, and deleting all the USB ports. When I rebooted, they reinstalled themselves, and the problem was solved. Perhaps this would work for you?

radio is set for ppm
uninstalled all usb ports and they came back rebooted pc

still program cant find port
