Editing engine of Smaragd
 

I can't select the engine of the Smaragd in order to edit it. Is there a trick? Actually I'd like to convert it to electric and that means I need a longer landing gear too. Can it be done?

Jim, at the top left corner in the edit menu, you'll see "objects". Click on "engine" or any other objects you want to change. You'll be able to change the engine power, torque, idle rpm, max rpm, weight, right/left thrust. You'll have to find out the suitable parameters for the electric motor and replace them. You can do the same for the prop. After making any changes, you'll need to go to "file" and save. I recommend that you save to a new file name so as not to corrupt the original plane parameters.

I'll give it a go. I had been clicking on the airplane but couldn't find anything between the prop and the fuse.
