USB cable not responding
I am having some issue with my USB cable (not responding a all).
Check it with two systems. One XP home SP3 the other XP pro SP3. Not getting detected when pluging in usb port. Other usb device working fine in both systems. Was working fine until yesterday. Do you have a service contact for Canada or US. Thank you in advance |

Hi, pls plug the usb cable into your computer. Then go to Start....Control Panel....Game Controllers. Tell me what is displayed in the box? Pls post a picture of the usb cable you have.
Did you make any changes to your computer system before this e.g. adding new usb devices, new software, etc? |

When i plug the usb cable I had the Device manager open and do not see any usb device appearing. I have it setup to hear a dong when it detec a new device. The computer remain silent when I plug it. tried it on all usb port on both computer same thing Hi, pls plug the usb cable into your computer. Then go to Start....Control Panel....Game Controllers. Pls post a picture of the usb cable you have. I have the newest patch for one week. When I start the sim software no serial# appear in the right hand corner and I get the message that the usb interface is not detected. Thank you for your support |

Did this problem happen right after you installed the patch, or was it running fine with the new patch for a short while?
Which patch did you install? Can you tell me which addons you have too? What video card are you using? |

It looks like your interface cable has gone bad. Please ship your usb interface cable to the service department below with a brief description of your problem, daytime phone number, shipping address, and email address. Hobby-Lobby will exchange it with a new usb interface cable. You may attach this RCU thread for reference.
