Silver Bullet

On my 42%er the instrument panel is coming loose in several areas, probably from exposure to the sun. It's pretty tight where it is located under the canopy but I'll figure out a way. The instrument panel is paper-like and was supplied by the plane manufacturer. My concern is that, without knowing it, I could use an adhesive that would cause the clear canopy to fog up.
Can someone please suggest a good adhesive that won't fog the clear canopy that I can use to re-glue my canopy?
