Default Tucson Shootout magazine coverage??

I understand that the AMA magazine will feature the TAS in it's July issue (next month). Have any of you seen any other coverage of the event? It's been nearly 8 months and I have yet to see a write-up on it.

Ryan,

Last year it was July also. I have not seen any write ups in any other mag. I just received my June issue yesterday.

Last year they only had pics of freestyle, they didn't even mention any class other then unlimited.

That is a shame. The TAS is probably the hottest IMAC contest going, and no coverage??????

I received my July issue today and there was nothing but old timers and freeflight. We are obviously the red headed step children of the AMA.

Emailed Mike Hurley today. He said it should be in the next issue. Apparently they have been withholding the ceverage waiting for the release of all the television footage they shot last year. It is a shame that it will come out within weeks of the 2005 event!

Tony,

The only way we can relive the 2004 is in 6 weeks at the 2005 event! See you there.

Maybe it was covered in the July or August RC Modeler?
