Just wanted to let you'all know that I thouroughy enjoyed myself watching you guys fly. Got a real good idea what it's all about now. The precision control was awsome. Didn't have much time to meet many of you as we were only there a couple hours. In fact, I stayed mostly at the booth talking with the CD and crew, and of cource taking pictures. Thanks for having us.

The owner of the first plane posted is Pedro Jordan.
Don't know who owns the second one.

Just happened to be looking through the latest MA magazine, after posting these pics, and Pedro was interviewed with pics of the very same plane. Few others in the mag as well that I didn't recognize.

also very said to say that the comp arf superextra in the futaba scheme in post 37 and 38 was lost sunday!!!! i've seen alot of crashes but to see a buetiful plane like this reduced to nothing made me sick so my stomach and made me pack up my plane and decided not to fly freestyle. we had a good bit of things happen, Mike C. had a jug blow off on a 3w 157 and on sunday had the gear break on his yak on landing, Mark had a crank shaft break during flight, happy to say spinner and prop was found!!!! Bradly petty had his canopy blow off right after his 1st manuver, it was found also. the comp arf super extra was lost. i myself lost a prop on 1st round when i landed, and she hit a little too hard. a few more dead sticks than normal but man did we have fun!!!!!!! what it;s all about!!!

yea Alan Anderson, he flew basic class with myself and alex. my buddies david and bradly went to help get it. said it hit the road with the gears and broke them off and then the prop ground its self down going across the rest of the road. when the fuse hit the dirt it broke it in half behind the wing and starting flipping and took out one whole wing and half of the other. said it hit the road so hard there will be marks for some time on the road!!!! now thats a hard hit.
Kent, tell Alex i'm coming for him next year!!! lol lol

So I take it that it is the main asphalt road and not the access road.
He was way out for basic!

Mikey,
Well You Better move Up. Alex has been practicing the Sportsman sequence ever since we pull out of the field. He will usually sleep. "No way, I have to learn sportsman so I can kick your butt. I'm moving up"!

Darn Kids,
Kent
