I don't know of any. Besides the variable props for the foamies, the only one I remember was for .60 pattern planes, this would have been about 20 years ago.

An ideal approach to adding excess spinning mass while simultaneously introducing new points of failure potential! Trying to optimize an aerobatic model with an adjustable pitch prop is not likely to be very productive, even if you can rely on the blades not flying off the hub. You're going to be stuck with one vendors idea of what a good blade design is, right? It might be better to just swap props with your friends until you find the one that works best on your model.

wow... I guess there is no way our 1/3 scale planes will fly like the Var pitch foamies..!!

Probably not. My guess is that if someone did come up with a safe, efficient, workable VP prop of that size, It would be so expensive that you might not want it anyway.

A fellow has been working on a Warbird version for the past two years.
Variable pitch and constant speed drive.
$675.00 is the anticipated price ... plus $30.00 per blade (4 bladed model first).

Not what you want if your flying Aerobats ... but interesting none the less.
