slop in survos

in my 30% eagle I am useing futaba 3003 standard survos that have 49.5 oz of torque . the plane calls for at least 50 in the wings , I am using aeroshafts with 4-40 ball links on the ends of all four survos in the wings so that there is no slop in the pushrod , although the servos have a little slop in the gears , while the engine is running the ailerons vibrate , what efect will this have on the survos and will it turn into flutter in the air , feel free to send this around ,, I am useing a brison 3.2 for power /

3003's in a 30%??????????
I won't even use those on my .40 size glow planes..... but that is me

don't want to keep the plane long do you?

Time for better servos......IMHO

You really need to purchase servos with dual ball bearings on the output shaft if you want to have them and the model to survive more than a flight or two. The centering on servos with bearings is much better. Many good brands on the market.

Hello Flyjay77,

No one is trying to throw rocks.. 3003's are just not suitable for an aircraft of that size and weight. They won't stand up for very long any way.. ;)

Time to upgrade before you have to replace it completely..not to mention the fact it's dangerous

All the best :D
