RE: What is IMAC?

Quickest way to show you......that you have no idea how to fly straight and level!

Its simple.

Its a SIG of AMA that specializes in sequence flying. Very similar to IAC (full scale aerobatics).

You are given a known set of sequences to fly infront of judges. You are scored. Upper classes have a round of unknowns, where they give you a sequence you are not allowed to fly or sim.

Go to www.mini-iac.com for more info.

Its alot of fun......can be hard to do......and will teach you to fly better.

Pattern flying is similar but with different planes and sequences (www.nsrca.org)

RE: What is IMAC?

I could give you all of the standard definitions, but basically it is the art of using scale aircraft to do aerobatic dances.
There are certain routines that need to be done in each of the 5 classes. The higher the class the more difficult the routine.
You are judged against your peers to see who is the best in class.
