IMAC practice

Hi All

Where in the LA area do the top IMAC guys practice. I've been in contact with a couple of German guys that are coming here to visit in September. They fly 3m YAK 54s in a synchroaerobatic team at air shows around Europe so I would guess they are pretty good. They would like to visit some model airplane fields and of course the basin comes to mind. But other than hilo aerobatics I've never had the sence that fixed wing aerobatics at a high level is practiced there, but I don't know. I'm a general sportsman flyer and AMA pylon racer and know nothing about IMAC and who's doing what and where. Can you help?

Denis

There is a club in Riverside that is IMAC all the way !! Check the IMAC website, they have a contest coming up in a few weeks. If I can find a link I'll post it, but you should be able to get contact info from the website. Good Luck.

In San Diego we have about 8 guys that practice two to three days a week. Pedro even flies a 3W YAK 54. Your visitors may enjoy a trip to San Diego to see the sights along with a trip to the field.
