Default Falcon 100 Glow plug issues

My falcon 100 has been frying plugs every start-up the last few times. The next start-up I have had to replace the plug. What could be causing this?
Thanks!

Hello smoknvr4
Sorry for the delay
Either your value for the plug is too high or your not using the correct plug
If with a lower glow setting it does not ignite, probably you need to take out farder away the glow element
Let me know if it helps, and BTW, there is not such thing as a dumb question
regards

I'm using a K&B high performance plug(cold) which has for a while up until now been working good.
