Default Cheetah SE 160 SW latest version and parameters

Hello,

Can someone tell me the latest version of software for the Jet Central Cheetah SE? In the Info screen it is listed as: SOFT_VERSION:

Also, if you could share your settings for the screens below.

Running Screen - values for each of the below:
  • Max RPM
  • Idle RPM
  • Accel_Time
  • Acceleration Curve
  • Decel. Curve
  • Speed_LIM
Radio Screen - which is selected:
LINEAR, HALF or EXPO Thrust

Thank you in advance.

Screenshots would be perfect, as it may be easier than typing it out.

Hello Skunkwurk
The acceleration value may change because atmosferic conditions and fuuel pump wear, the curves are more a preference choice, and also the radio curve setting
The default settings are:
Max RPM: 130,00
Idle RPM: 34,00
Acc_Time: 10
Acc_Curve: 1
Decel_Curve: 1
Half expo

Regards

Hi Juan,

That is actually why I'm asking. I set my Acc_Time to 10 and it changed automatically to 17. Can you confirm the current & latest software release for this motor?

Juan, please provide the current or latest software release for this motor. The version which new motors are shipping with today. Thank you.

note: just asking for the version #, not the actual code.

Thank you, Edgar. Do you ever check and have to change your accel_time down from 17 (or equally high number) back to ~10? Issue for me is that once it goes up that high it does not come back down for cooler less-humid days. it stays high.

Well, I live in the Caribbean so don't get too much of temperature changes...
Mines don't really change their values once they get established in the first few runs in the plane. I think the algorithm will slow the turbine down if needed, but wont accelerate it. So only adjusts in one direction.
If you think 17 is too slow, i would reset it to 10 and then do a few runs in the ground to let it adjust again.

Has anyone spoken with Juan lately? I was exchanging emails and working on different iterations of the parameter file trying to tune the Cheetah with him then he just went silent. Sent multiple emails and have not heard anything.
