Default Jetcat p120 compressor stall

Hello. I have a older 120 version 6.0 turbine has machined compressor wheel. I am getting alot of compressor stall around 119,000 to 23,000 r.p.m. wondering if it is possible a parameter not set correctly or excessive clearance between compressor and front housing, possible F.O.D screen air dusruption, going to try with out screen

Thanks Chris

Chris,

When did it start? What has changed from when it was okay?

I have seen FOD do it. Damage almost invisible from the front of the compressor. But inside there is some damage to the leading edge of a diffuser vane and now the turbine surges

Started her up today without a fod screen. Max r.p.m I could go with out the compressor stalling and sounding like a pulse jet is 22000 rpm. Alot more clearance between the compressor wheel and diffuser than my other turbines?

Agree. I was fishing to see if possibly I had a parameter set wrong or something overlooked.
