Just want to share my pleasant experience with recent service on 180 RXI.
Had a 180 failing to start due to low temp issue. Performed burner test and the Kero plug wasn’t pulling any volts and not glowing. Called George at JetCat and shipped a week ago last Friday and it’s already repaired and on it’s way home. Wasn’t the kero plug but a faulty wire between front board and plug.
George a huge thank you for the excellent and speedy service.
Also I was updated just about everyday during the process of repairs.
Would have been less than a week turn around but missed his call last week.
Thanks for everything, very pleased.

George is a great guy and one of the reasons I stay with Jetcat!

Jet Cat Service form?
The New Dreamworks web site does not have a Jet Cat Service form that I can find......
Does anyone know exactly where that is located? I know that George is doing service for them....
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hmm....
I was signed up with Dreamworks and they supposedly got all the registration stuff from John Redman, but I cannot get into either site. Did you have any issues when they put up the new homepage?

Yes Zeeb, Still cannot get in to either site. New home page is missing the old Jet Cat service form.
They need to add that or debug it.
