Default Tx problem

I have a DX 4E Tx with the plane with the GPS in it and while flying it in experience mode it reverts back to beginner mode and just goes in a circle and the switch has to be cycled is there a fix or does it have to be returned to the factory for repair.
Thanks for any help.

Not familiar with your plane but it could be a faulty switch on the radio, I have seen toggle switches that flicker between two positions and need "wiggling" constantly to get the right position. Maybe its doing this?

The other thing and I'm just guessing... could the plane be flying out of range and going into failsafe? Does it auto circle in failsafe mode?

Yes it does, your flying and then all of a sudden you have nothing and you run the switch up and then down and it comes back where you got control again. It is a three position on the left top of the tx.

Have you tried contacting Product Support yet? This is why we have them around.
