Where will I find where to set the lvc, timing, brake, start-up, pwm and throttle point for an electric model on a DX6e transmitter using a DXe as the wireless trainer box. Trying to help a student figure out if his ESC is bad or not. Replies of any sort would be greatly appreciated.

Those will be in the manual for the ESC. It will not involve the radio very much, but you might need to make sure you have proper travel on the throttle stick when programming.
