Is it possible to get an Owner's Manual for the PCM10? I have inquired of everyone and everyone's brother but still no manual. It is NOT downloadable from Horizon's site and no one at Horizon seems to be able to respond to my emails.

This is NOT the 10X but the OLD PCM10.

Can anyone here help? P-l-e-a-s-e?

Please give me the NET number. I have a slack handfull of pdfs available to be sent via email. As long as yr inbox can take large files. Unfortunately I inherited most of them and they are quite large filesizes.

Our turn around time on emails is same day average, so I'm not sure why you would not get a response unless there is a problem with delivery one way or the other. Send an email to "[email protected]" with your name, address, and a daytime phone number, and request that manual and we can get it out to you.

I have already done that and NO REPLY.
If you have the manual in a PDF please send it because I get NO response from the email address that you gave me. Someone is dropping the ball.

We do not have it available as a PDF. We can only send a paper copy, so we need your shipping information. I assure you that we do answer all emails. Sending a manual out is a fairly simple process for us. I don't have any record of emails from the email address you provided above.
