I need information on where to obtain crystals for these AM abc&w radio systems that were sold in the early 1990s.

Unfortunately I don't have a really good answer for that one. I see we have listed for the 72 mhz band that the only AM crystal not discontinued in our system is channel 20 for a transmitter. It is possible that our service center may have some around. You could give our product support department a call at 877-504-0233 and see if we can locate one on your frequency, or you can try Tony Stillman at Radio South or Pete Waters at Kraft Midwest and see if they have some. The only other possibility would be if a hobby shop had some in stock, but this may not be very likely.

If you have a working crystal for the receiver that can measured , JAN Crystals can probably cut one for you.
Hopefully Pete Waters or Tony Spillman will be able to help.
