Default 8103 dual rate trim changing?

Good morning Danny,

my question revolves around the JR 8103, when I flip my dual rate switch for either aileron or rudder the trim changes. you can actually see the trim change on the computer monitor screen for all servos.

the trim changes the exact same amount either way.
I tried trimming the plane in both dual rate modes but it just off-sets the other dual rate mode (ie. 0 or 1)

is this a broken transmitter or is this something that can be fixed with out sending in.

I haev tried this on 2 different planes/receivers and the problem persist.

Thank you for your help,

Mike.

I would recommend trying it in a clear model, just to be certain. However it sounds like the stick calibration of the system is off and needs to be reset, or it is being caused by dirty or worn stick pots. To correct this, you will need to send the system in for service.
