The answer to that depends on what you are wanting to do. First set up flaperon in the wing type. Then you can use the elevator to flap menu to set up flaperon/spoiler movement with the elevators, or you can assign the flaps to SYS in device select and use the flap system to set the movement desired with a switch. There are several methods you can use, all of which are personal preference.

Do you want flaps/spoilers mixed in with elevator (pretty common w/ many 3D pilots), or do you want the flaps/spoilers just to move when you flip a switch?

For that, you can use the built in elevator to flap mix (assuming it is the same as the US 9303 system) and select a switch and enter the rate desired.

The channel numbers will need to match in order to work. I'd suggest contacting your local JR distributor for assistance, which should be Hobby Centre, the number I have listed for them is 971-4-2955512.
