Gyro Gain Causes my reciever to lock up
Hey Danny.... I must be missing something simple here... I have an 8013 TX (the later model with digital trims) and a 7 CH JR receiver.
The Gyro is a 'knockoff' brand piezo with remote gain and heading hold. The gyro and tail servo work great as long as I don't plug the gyro gain into the reciever. (aux2) when I do that, the red light on the gyro comes on and nothing else happens. no servos, no beeping, no nuthin' except that red light on the gyro. Unplug the remote gain wire from aux2, reset the reciever power and the whole shebang works perfectly. (except of course that I can't turn heading hold on or off from the TX )
I have 3 of these gyros and they all do the same thing... (art-tech is the gyro manufacturer... the helicopter is the falcon 3d.)
any idea what the heck I'm doing wrong??
Thanks in advance.

RE: Gyro Gain Causes my reciever to lock up
I've not heard of anything like that happening before, I'm not sure what the problem might be. I'd suggest contacting the manufacturer of the gyro to see if they have any insight into the problem.
