Glitching

My spectrum radio is glitching someone told me to try a capacitor. What size capacitor do I need to help this problem?

I know they sell one, but I have like a thousand just laying arround.

A Spectrum DX 2. In a blink legend, 4 cell spec with a duratrax auto sport esc.

For that application, I would suggest a Spektrum voltage protector.
