Default Kudos to the Horizon Service Center!

Hey Danny,

I wanted to pass along how completely happy I am with my recent experience with the Service Center.

I bugged 'em on the phone before sending in my rx's for the firmware update, then to make sure the rx's had arrived. Everyone I talked with was cordial and competent. Then they called when the rx's were done as I'd requested so I could pay to upgrade the return shipping to 2nd Day Air service.

I sent in a total of 10 rxs; R921's, AR7000's, AR6200 and AR6100's. They turned them around in just a couple of days and I have them back now. They all work as advertised and there was a note from the tech about what was done, very considerate and professional.

And thank you for all the time you spend here answering our questions!

I second that! I was very upset with the four lockouts I had with my Spektrum system. They not only took care of my problem, but offered it to everyone! I want to thank Beverly and everyone at Horizon for stepping up and doing the right thing! You have my respect and business from now on!

Make that a "third!".

For years I've had but one good and satisfying experience after another with both Horizon AND their Service Dept.

I am at a loss to understand how my contacts with them could have been handled better.
In MY experiences (plural) 'better' simply isn't possible.

I sent five Rx's in for the firmware upgrade, and turnaround was very quick.

All five of my Rx's reconnect nearly instantly now, even the one AR7000 that took FOREVER to reconnect before the upgrade.

I'm another happy Horizon customer!

Add me to the list I sent in two 921 recievers and 4 satalites I too buged them about if they got them and then when they were done.
Larry was one of the specialist and Korey as well as a few others.
They were all very polite and professinol.
