FWIW, there are a lot of guys here that use Horizon products in part because of the support offered here. Would phone calls to your company persuade Horizon to lessen your responsibilities to continue to support this forum?

Thanks for all the kind words! When I began this forum, I worked in our product support department and the forum was an extension of my job responsibilities. Around a year ago I moved into product development and with that over the last year my duties have increased such that I simply can't keep up with my job duties and support this forum. We understand how important support is to our customers, and I'm certain that our product support department will continue to provide outstanding service to all our customers.

Are they going to have someone else visit here and provide answers? I knew that we could always count on you for the straight scoop on the JR products.

We all know how to use the phone, and most of are not so lazy that we can't call Horizon Tech Support for help! Thanks for the good advice, and best of luck with your increased responsibilities.
