spectrum dx7 trouble

yesterday i turned on the transmitter an the screen read BACKUP ERROR .
Does anyone know how i can fix this.
I have had the radio for about 2 1/2 years and it has been well taken care of .

I have heard of this...call Horizion and send it in...they should repair or replace it....
