Default Mixing question for JR 642 radio

I'm using the 642 to fly the Hanger Nine Ultra Stick 120 with a Saito 180. Using the book to set all the mixes i come up one short. I use mix A as the book says for elev to flap. Mix B for Crow. Mix C I want to use for Elev to flap. I have it on the gear switch. When the gear switch is thrown the flaps come down but I cant get any mix to the elevator. When the flaps are deployed the plane pitches up and I want to mix in a little down elevator. How can I do that? Crow mix is on Flap Switch on the top right. Elevator to Flap mix is on the elevator d/r switch. Flat to elevator switch is on the gear switch.

Thanks very much for your help.

What you would need to do would be to set up the mix, where you will mix channel 5 to channel 3, assign it to either the gear switch, or to the flap mix switch. The flap mix switch would be better so that it would only be active in crow, but still allow you to not have elevator compensation with takeoff flaps for very fast take offs etc. Then you will enter in the percentage such that the elevators move the amount needed.
