Default JR x9309A/G vs x9303H

I have just bought a JR 9309, I purchased this from Horizon. I did this because I fly Mode 1 and have the throttle reversed.
Instaed of recieving the x9303A/C they sent a x930324H. The switches are in different locations to what is shown on the manual. Are there any other changes, I really don't want to have to return the radio. The 9303 is advertised to be compatible with planne, glider and heli so I am hopefull that the H will be OK for planes.
Thank you for your help.

The programing is identical. The configuration of the switches, and their labeling cater to the disipline. Therefore it is simply up to you as to weather the lay-out will work for you.

nosram

I fly both variants also on Mode 1.
The "H" is the DX7se (only available as a Heli version). My X9303 is the "A".

I find it makes no difference to me. As a matter of fact I sort of like the Heli version's switch placement.
The only Program change is the default is to Heli rather than to Acro.
One simple step changes that for each model.
Do it as you go or sit down and switch each of the 30 to Acro. Then you're done.

The Heli version also has a smooth throttle (you can change it to ratchet if you like),
I am totally unaware of this at any time. Simply makes zero difference to me .

At the moment I am flying the "se".

Thanks for the info guys. I will keep the heli version, I actually prefer the switch placement in comparison to my 10X. The trainer/Snap roll is better placed for me. Also I prefer a smooth throttle stick.
Thank you both,

That makes a lot of sense for Mode I users.
Enjoy.
