I have asked this of other Specktrum users and have not got an answer.
When I initially bind my rx to Tx I do so with all controls and trims at neutral except throttle.
If after flying and trimming my plane, if I rebind with the trims for straight and level flight, would the trims also be bound? Then return the trims to neutral.

Just leave the trims where they are.

Rebinding does not center the trims nor do you need to, they are stored per model.

If you really want the pippers centered, take note of where the surfaces are and use sub-trim to get them there with the trim pippers centered.

Rebinding doesn't effect trim.
