any adjustment to DX8 Roller sensitivity? It clicks too easily on mine
 

I just purchased a new DX8 and have had a difficult time programming it because the roller accidentally clicks too easily and I must then return to the beginning of the programming process to try to program the TX for a plane. It took me 45 minutes just to find the serial number to register the transmitter because I had to keep starting over because the roller pushes down too easily. I am older and perhaps my index finger or thumb pushes too hard while rotating to the next selection so is there any way to make the roller less easy to push down?. Also the SD card did not work as it was supposed to. It appears that the SD card is not new; is that possible? I could not get it to upload the data file after I downloaded it from the Spektrum website.

It's faulty. I'd be sending it back in for repair. Mine did that after about a yr. of use. My local hobby shop got a new roller assy for me from Horizon and I replaced it myself. Worked fine after that till I sold it when I bought the DX9 The guy that bought it is not having any trouble with it.
