Switch repair

I just sent in my radio to get a dual rate switch repaired (it broke off). It should be there tomarow, if anyone has had a simmilar issue, about how long should the repair take?

The average turn around time for repairs is 4 to 5 business days from the time of receipt until it is shipped out.
