Li Batt replacement rate.

Hi Danny,

My 3810 has needed 2 lithium batteries in the past 3 years.
Is this normal?

Is there anything I can do to keep them fresh?

No, that doesn't sound normal, generally they will last 3-5 years, in some cases longer. It sounds like your system needs to be checked out for any shorts or any other problems. You can contact O'Reilly at 61-8-8351-0544 for further assistance.
